Clear Terms, Cleaner Experience

These Terms and Conditions explain how our service works, what you can expect from us, and what we need from you so every booking stays smooth and fair.

01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Customer") and Kleanext ("we", "us", "our"), a cleaning and facilities services company operating in Selangor, Malaysia. They apply to all bookings, enquiries, and service engagements made through our website, by phone, or via any other channel. Ignorance of these Terms does not exempt you from their application. If you are booking on behalf of a company or third party, you confirm you have authority to bind that party to these Terms.

02 Quotes and Payments

Quotes issued by Kleanext are based on information provided by the Customer at the time of enquiry. Where actual site conditions differ materially from what was described, including soiling levels, access constraints, floor area, or additional rooms, we reserve the right to revise the quoted price before commencing work. We will notify you of any revision and obtain your agreement prior to proceeding. Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless a prior written arrangement has been made. We accept payment via bank transfer, online payment, or such other methods as confirmed at booking. Kleanext does not store card details.

03 Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers wishing to cancel or reschedule must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service start time. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service value, reflecting the cost of staff allocation, travel planning, and lost scheduling capacity. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged at the full booking value. We reserve the right to reschedule any booking in circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, staff emergencies, or access failure, and will provide as much notice as reasonably possible. No cancellation fee will apply in such cases.

04 Customer Obligations

You are responsible for ensuring our team can access the premises at the agreed time, in safe and workable conditions. This includes securing or removing fragile, irreplaceable, or high-value items before our arrival; informing us in advance of pets, allergies, chemical sensitivities, or any surface materials requiring special treatment; and disclosing any structural hazards, mould, pest activity, or biohazardous conditions. Failure to disclose known hazards that result in injury to our staff or damage to our equipment may render you liable for associated costs. Kleanext staff are not obligated to work in conditions deemed unsafe and may suspend or terminate a service where safety cannot be assured.

05 Service Limitations

Kleanext provides professional cleaning services within the scope agreed at the time of booking. We do not undertake tasks that are structurally hazardous, require specialist trade licences, or fall outside our defined service categories. This includes external window cleaning above ground floor level without prior specialist arrangement, removal of clinical or biohazardous waste, pest extermination, mould remediation beyond surface treatment, and repairs of any kind. Where a job is found on arrival to be significantly more extensive than represented, for example due to severe neglect, hoarding conditions, or post-event damage, we will advise you honestly and either requote or, where the scope is unworkable, decline to proceed without penalty to either party.

06 Damages and Claims

We take care in every service we carry out. Where you believe our team has caused damage to your property, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of service completion, with photographic evidence where possible. Claims raised after this period may not be actionable, as it becomes difficult to establish cause. Kleanext will investigate all valid claims promptly and in good faith. Where liability is established, we will offer repair, replacement at equivalent value, or a service credit at our discretion. We are not liable for damage to items left unsecured, pre-existing damage, or deterioration consistent with normal wear. Our liability in any single claim shall not exceed the value of the service performed.

07 Intellectual Property

All content published by Kleanext, including written copy, photography, branding, logo, service descriptions, pricing structures, and the design and layout of our website, is the exclusive intellectual property of Kleanext or is used under licence. Nothing on this site grants you any right to reproduce, adapt, distribute, or commercially exploit our content in any form without prior written consent. Unauthorised use may constitute an infringement under Malaysian intellectual property law and will be pursued accordingly.

08 Privacy

Kleanext collects and processes personal data, including your name, contact details, address, and service history, for the purpose of delivering and improving our services, communicating with you about bookings, and meeting our legal obligations. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is stored securely and retained only for as long as operationally or legally necessary. Your rights regarding access, correction, and deletion of your personal data are governed by the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia). 09 Changes to These Terms

Kleanext reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, affecting your rights, obligations, or the cost or scope of services, we will publish the updated Terms on our website with a revised effective date and, where practicable, notify active customers directly. Your continued use of our services following the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should discontinue use of our services and notify us accordingly.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, unless resolved earlier through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
